How to Order printed and embroidered workwear


Ordering from D3 Workwear is both easy and secure.

Browse through the catalogue and add the products to your cart that you would like to purchase. When you have everything in your cart that you require, click on 'Checkout'. Please attached any logo's that are needed for the job so that we can supply an accurate quotation.

Proof process


When you order printed or embroidered clothing, you will be sent an electronic proof via email. This must be checked to make sure we have interpreted your instructions correctly. Please pay special attention to spellings, colours and sizes.

If you would like any changes made to the proof, please send a return email with the details. A new proof will then be generated and sent to you.

If you are happy with the proof, please reply to the email and let us know.

Please note: D3 Workwear cannot be held responsible for any errors not discovered by yourselves on the final proof.

I cant find what I need


If you can't find what you need, we can still probably supply it! We have a massive range of workwear, corporate clothing, schoolwear, polo shirts and promotional clothing. Call us for further details.

Delivery Information


Please note that we only ship to your card address. We apologise if this causes an inconvenience but due to the high level of fraudulent transactions we have to do this to protect ourselves and keep our prices low. If you would like to use a different address please contact us.

Delivery charges are as follows;

Orders over 100+vat are free of charge.

Large or bulky orders will be charges at cost. We can provide a quotation on request.

Orders for plain clothing are normally shipped within 3 working days. Embroidered or printed clothing is normally shipped between 7-10 working days from proof of artwork.

Express orders are available for many items and applies to embroidery only. Express delivery is our premium service and aims to have your embroidered garments with you within 5 working days. All express orders must be agreed with ourselves and confirmed via email. This service relies on the artwork proof been passed by the customer by return email.

Small parcels
Delivery 1-3 working days using Royal Mail.

Heavier parcels
Next day by carrier.

We can also offer a free collection service from our Hull warehouse. Please contact us for further information.

Prices are for UK mainland deliveries only. We reserve the right to change these charges at any time depending on delivery address.



Samples can be ordered of any of our items. Our clients often purchase samples to size up staff and check colours. If you order samples and then return them for use as part of an order that's no problem. All samples are returnable, but are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Delivery charges and any credit card surcharges will not be refunded.

Payment Methods


We accept payment from many credit/debit cards, including MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron.

All payments are collected in Pound Sterling (GBP). Cheques are to be made out to D3 Office Group

We can also accept official orders from Schools, Councils, NHS and Government organisations. To process your order we will need a copy of the original purchase order.

Please note that all goods remain the property of D3 Workwear until payment in full has been credited to our account.



Orders can only be cancelled prior to production of any personalisation. Cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun. If the cancellation notice arrives prior to production, a refund will be given, less any costs for artwork or any other costs D3 Workwear has incurred. If we have ordered the clothing specially in for your specific job, we will charge a 15% re stock fee. All cancellations must be submitted to our customer care team on 01482 878737 and then confirmed by email.



D3 Workwear offer a 14 day returns policy.

Before returning any goods, it is essential to contact customer services on 01482 878737. You will then be given a returns number. Any goods returned to us without a returns number will be subject to a 3.00 admin fee.

Any special order, printed or embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note, it is your responsibility to pay for return postage.We recommend sending items back to us using recorded delivery or via a traceable carrier. D3 Workwear cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Washing/Care Instructions


We have ongoing tests on our t shirts & Clothing to monitor the quality of the shirt and the print/transfer. We strongly advise you to wash and iron your shirt as follows.

1. Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius / 104 Fahrenheit with like colours.
2. Don't use bleach or any substances containing bleaching agents.
3. Wash inside out.
4. Don't tumble dry.
5. Iron inside out. Use a medium temperature on the iron.
6. Don't dry clean.

Please follow our advice as we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the shirt or design if this advice is not followed.

About our Clothing and Decoration Method


Our clothing brands are selected from the many product lines available for their style, comfort and quality. Our T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts and everything else on this site are made by leading brands including Gildan, Regatta,Fruit of the Loom and Continental Clothing.

To decorate your new clothing, we use the latest in embroidery, cut vinyl and screen printing technology. All our processes give a hard wearing finish that's crack and fade resistant. Please see the individual pages for further information.

Product Sizing


Clothing sizes are shown in inches measuring across the chest as shown. Please note these sizes are approximate. If your unsure as to what size to order, please email or call us for further assistance.



www.d3workwear.co.uk shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you might suffer arising from www.diamondprintexpress.co.uk delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfill any of its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond www.d3workwear.co.uk's reasonable control. If due to such circumstances or events www.d3workwear.co.uk has insufficient stocks to meet all its orders, www.d3workwear.co.uk may apportion available stocks between its customers at its sole discretion. These Terms and any terms appearing on any order form to which these Terms apply constitute the entire agreement between you and www.d3workwear.co.uk relating to the Products. The failure of www.d3workwear.co.uk or you to enforce any of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that term and shall in no way affect the right later to enforce the term. The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause of these Terms shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No amendment, variation or addition to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of www.d3workwear.co.uk. www.d3workwear.co.uk may transfer any contract with you concluded on these Terms or any of its rights or obligations under any such contract. These Terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be settled by the English courts.
