Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will work quickly to provide a replacement or credit as required. We appreciate your business and work hard to get things right. On the occasion that things go wrong, we work even harder to ensure you are ultimately happy with the garments supplied.
Samples - 28 day rule
Sample products must be returned within 28 days to qualify for a credit or refund. Items need to be in perfect condition and in their original packaging
Not suitable - 28 day rule
Not required or not suitable items may be returned within days. They need to be in perfect condition and their original packaging to qualify for a credit or refund.
Decorated items
Items that have been heat-sealed, printed or embroidered may not be returned for a refund unless faulty. In which case, they will be replaced free of charge.
Faulty items
Should you discover a fault with your product or the decoration we will replace or credit the items, subject to them being worn and washed according to manufacturer guidelines
How to return an item
Please contact us by phone or email quoting the order number any relevant product information
We will issue a returns note to acknowledge a returns request has been raised
Please return the unworn items in their original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a credit or refund accordingly.
Should items not qualify for a return due to timescale or condition, we will advise as soon as possible after return request or receipt of goods.
