Ordering from D3 Workwear is easy and secure.
Browse through the catalogue and add the products to your cart that you would like to purchase. When you have everything in your cart that you require, click on 'Checkout'. Please attache any logos that are needed for the job so that we can supply an accurate quotation.
Will I see a proof before the goods are produced?
When ordering printed or embroidered clothing, you will be sent an electronic proof via email. This must be checked to make sure we have interpreted your instructions correctly. Please pay special attention to spellings, colours and sizes.
If you would like any changes made to the proof, please send a return email with the details. A new proof will then be generated and sent to you.
If you are happy with the proof, please reply to the email and let us know.
Do you have a wider range, as I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you can't find what you need, we can still probably supply it! We have a extensive range of workwear, corporate clothing, schoolwear, polo shirts and promotional clothing. Please call or email for further details.
Are all deliveries free of charge?
Orders over £100+vat will be delivered free of charge.
Orders for plain clothing are normally shipped within 3-5 working days. Embroidered or printed clothing is normally shipped 10-15 working days from artwork being approved.
We also offer a free collection service from our Hull warehouse. Please contact us for further information.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Samples can be ordered for any of our items. Our clients often purchase samples to check sizes and colours. All samples are returnable if they are sent back in perfect condition and in their original packaging. All items must be returned within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or credit. Delivery charges and any credit card surcharges will not be refunded.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment from many credit/debit cards, including MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron.
A 30 day credit account can be set up, subject to credit checks and completion of an account application form.
Please note that all goods remain the property of D3 Workwear until payment in full has been credited to our account.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Orders can only be cancelled prior to production of any personalisation; cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun. If the cancellation notice arrives prior to production, a refund will be given, less any costs for artwork or any other costs D3 Workwear has incurred. If we have ordered the clothing specifically for your job, we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee to pay for good to be returned to suppliers. All cancellations must be confirmed by email.
What is your returns policy?
D3 Workwear offer a 28 day returns policy. Returns after this time cannot be refunded.
Special order, printed or embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty.
All items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging to enable a credit or refund to be processed.
Please note, it is your responsibility to pay for return postage. We recommend sending items back to us using recorded delivery or via a traceable carrier. D3 Workwear cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Do you have any care instructions for the clothing?
We strongly advise you to read the care instructions on each garment. Our generic instructions are as follows:
1. Wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius / 104 Fahrenheit with like colours.
2. Don't use bleach or any substances containing bleaching agents.
3. Wash inside out.
4. Don't tumble dry.
5. Iron inside out. Use a medium temperature on the iron.
6. Don't dry clean.
Some poly/cotton mix products can be washed at a higher temperature. For specific product advice please call us.
How do you decorate the clothing?
Our clothing brands are selected from the many product lines available for their style, comfort and quality. Our T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts are made by leading brands including Gildan, Regatta, Fruit of the Loom and Continental Clothing.
To decorate your new clothing, we use the latest in embroidery, cut vinyl and screen printing technology. All our processes give a hard wearing finish that should be crack and fade resistant. Further information can be found on our decoration page.
Do all manufacturers have the same size and fit?
This is a good question and worth consideration. We can provide manufacturer size guides, but it is worth reading up on individual manufacturer fit and styles. Some items may also be more fitted than others. Our team can help with your product selection.
